I'm not a hotel. I'm a two-storey home designed so that people who arrive together leave with more stories.
"Cerita" means "story". In every corner — the dining table, the bedrooms, the living room, the terrace — a small hand-written question card waits to be read out loud. One question is usually enough to turn dinner into a two-hour conversation. And every review we get is answered with a pantun, a four-line Malay rhyme.
Each villa has its own private swimming pool — not shared with anyone. Floaties can be rented.
Full kitchen, long dining table, smart TV with Netflix, game console, board games, baby high chair, welcome snacks.
Smart-lock self check-in from 15.00, free parking, and a quiet, gated estate with a jogging track.

Baru pertama kali menginap di sini. Villa sangat bagus, bersih dan nyaman. Ada kolam renang yang besar. Lingkungan perumahan juga bagus. Ada jogging track. Admin sangat ramah. Proses check-in juga sangat gampang.

Cerita di Villa is in Nilaya Resort & Residences (Pelican D59–D60), Jl. Raya Oro-Oro Ombo, Temas, Batu City, East Java 65315 — a quiet gated residential estate close to Jatim Park 1, 2 and 3, Museum Angkut and Batu town square.
One unit sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 with 2 extra beds. The two units are next to each other, so a group of up to 16 can stay together. Children under 3 are not counted.
The price is per villa per night and depends on the date: weekdays (Sunday–Thursday), weekends (Friday–Saturday), long weekends and school holidays / Christmas / New Year each have their own rate. Pick your dates on the booking page and send them to our team on WhatsApp; we reply with the exact final price — all facilities included, no app fees. Paket Tenang gives 2 weekday nights at a package price, applied automatically.
Check-in from 15.00, check-out by 12.00. The door uses a smart lock, so you can check in on your own.

Yes — most guests are families. There is a private pool, baby high chair, pool floaties to rent, board games and a game console, and a jogging track inside the estate.
